Purpose

To develop children who are adaptable, questioning, curious and believe in their own ability to achieve their full potential.

To create an environment where it is okay to make mistakes and productive struggle is encouraged so that children persevere when faced with challenges.

To provide quality teaching and learning by providing high-quality,

evidence-based training, development and coaching for our staff to ensure all children achieve highly in reading, writing and maths.
