Times Tables Rock Stars
Children have been excited as ever to compete against the clock to answer Times Tables questions. Please see the graphs below which have been taken from the ‘stats dashboard’ on the Times Tables Rock Stars (TTRS) website for our school. This shows the impact that TTRS is having on the recall of our Times Tables.
We have had lots of fun learning opportunities this half term in Maths Club which has also had a good impact on children’s progression: 92.9% of children who regularly attended Maths club this half term made good or better than expected progress in Maths so a big congratulations goes out to them!
It has been a pleasure to work with Year 3 this half term – their resilience, attitude and responsible learning has been a credit to each individual and also to Bay Primary School.
I look forward to welcoming Year 4 & 5 next half term for our new TT Rock Stars Club.
